*** Rare printing error card. Unique, with a large blue cloud color under the original gloss. When you find one, most of the time it will be a tiny or very small color dot.
Often caused by damaged printing equipment or foreign items such as fuzz, dust, insects, etc... being inadvertently introduced into the printing process.
It would be a nice addition to your card error collection for sure. ***
