Shipping Locations

 For orders to countries not listed, please message us to confirm your country and we will see if we can ship these precious items to you.

 We ship Monday to Friday (Open business days.) We usually ship within 24 hours. On high sales volume periods, we may ship within 2-3 open business days.

Order will be shipped upon confirmation of payment.

Once your package ships you will receive a notification email with tracking number if included.

We do not offer pre-orders on upcoming new products. If a product is visible and available in our store at the very moment you see it, it means that we have it in hand now.

For low value orders, tracking number may not be offered unless you are requesting it before checking out. The price of shipping will be adjusted accordingly. Except for Canada and USA, international delivery is only available to packages weighing 2 kilos or less. For most of the items, more than one shipping option will be offered to you at checkout, with or without tracking number. You must choose and select one of those options. This way, you will be able to purchase some items that otherwise would cost too much if sent with a tracking number. It gives you the privilege to buy more items that would not be affordable to get when sent overseas. We do ship only by plane to our international buyers, so, even with a longer time frame delivery, if you are patient, you could save a lot of money.

Shopping carts can provide high shipping costs sometimes due to mixing different types and sizes of items. If you feel that the total shipping cost provided by the automatic shipping calculator seems too high or wrong after stacking items to your cart, please do not abandon it. Simply take a few minutes to contact us and you may be eligible for more savings on combined shipping cost. We could work around the issue by creating and sending you a specific invoice, you will then take advantage of the most accurate shipping cost.

 If you encounter an error message at checkout saying :
"This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again." Your shopping cart might contain too many items for the total order weight, or some items might not ship to your specific international location. Try to remove items one at a time until new shipping options will appear. You still could purchase them all by using and paying for separate orders if available to your location. As well, you may revise your address to ensure that there is no error.

Rolled posters are shipping only to Canada and USA, in a tube. It can contain more than one poster but no other types of merchandise. You still can add other types of items to your order but the tube will be mailed separately.

Some folded posters still can be shipped to other international locations and not only to Canada and USA.

Trading Cards : For numerous locations, we ship exclusively trading cards. If this is the case for your country, do not add any other type of items, it will not work with the shopping cart. For more information, please refer to the shipping locations website page menu and look for your country name in the list.

 All orders without tracking number, for any country around the world including Canada and USA will not be covered or protected or warranty by any special customer programs as seen on other major selling platforms.

  AGS Collectibles is a private company and is only responsible for international shipments that includes a tracking number and this, up until departing from Canadian territory. Beyond that point any and all responsibility falls upon the postal service of the destination country. Please contact the postal services of your home country if you have any concerns or questions. Know that, we always will do our best to assist you in any way possible.


Returns Or Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if it did not enter the shipping process. You can cancel the order by emailing us at agsinfo@bell.net

Returns will be processed upon return receipt of the original item, in the exact condition it was shipped in.

AGS Collectibles is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations and/or refunds will not be accepted for an incomplete or partial return of items of a multiple (set), or for negligible factory imperfections.

The buyer is responsible for accepting the shipment when it arrives.

Should the package not be picked up on time by the buyer when required by your postal service, AGS Collectible cannot be held responsible. If the package is sent back to us in its original state, meaning with an undamaged item inside, a refund will be issued to the original buyer but only for the item itself. The shipping cost is not refundable.

Customer Information & Addresses

Customer information is private. PLEASE be sure all shipping and contact information is correct at the time of order.

AGS Collectibles cannot guarantee delivery and is not responsible for mistakes in transit due to incorrectly entered shipping information. As well, AGS cannot ship any order with only partial information. Postal services require full name and address information for custom purposes. If after several attempts from AGS to contact you when shipping information is not complete, we reserve the right then to cancel the order. In this case, of course a refund will be issued, minus any transaction encounter fees by our website payment management entities associated with that specific order.

Factory Imperfections

(New Mint & Sealed toys)

Factories and their machines make rare mistakes. Examples include (but are not limited to) for carded action figures: loose weapons, loose “punch” tabs, paint defects, or slightly curved cards (this is caused by the bubble sealing/pressing process). AGS Collectibles does not consider these negligible defects to be valid for returns.

Customs & Taxes

AGS Collectibles is a legit company. Taxes are charged for Canadian citizens.

Depending on country laws, buyers located outside of Canada may have minimum tax fees charged to their invoice at checkout. This is not under the control of AGS Collectibles. It is automatically charged by the payment process companies we are dealing with (Paypal & Shopify) in accordance with your country's laws.

The buyer is responsible for the VAT, custom fees or brokerage fees necessary to clear customs in his country. If a buyer refuses to pay such fees when applicable, returns of the items might be accepted. Then, only a partial refund will be issued to the buyer for the item purchased. The shipping cost is not refundable.

AGS Collectibles cannot be held responsible for such taxes and fees.

Payment Methods 

Most of all types of payment methods are accepted, including Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit cards.

For Paypal payment users, we do not ship to a third party address. The address must be the one appearing on your Paypal account.

Credit Card and PayPal or any other sensitive information is secured and managed by those parties, and not stored. AGS collectible does not have access to this private information.


By completing the checkout process you are confirming your acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms and policies. AGS collectibles reserves the right to change, alter, or amend any and all policies and/or procedures.

Create An Account

At any time you may create an account for express checkout by clicking at the top right login icon of any page from the website. The minimum character amount is set to 5 although, we at AGS Collectibles recommend you to create a stronger password with a minimum of 10 characters and to use a mix of letters, numbers and upper case symbols.
