*** This is the known Canadian printing card error from the O-Pee-Chee set, reading "Ken" Kenobi instead of Ben Kenobi. As well, showing a small green and pink color circles at the front ( Fish Eyes ).
Caused by ink bubles into the printing process.
Low grade. The card could be used as a space filler to complete a set.
It would be a nice addition to your card error collection. ***
