*** Clarence A. Wells is a Canadian modern Northwest Coast First Nation artist and carver, born in 1950. He is internationally know. This wooden top slide box is representing salmons in the pure Haida style art. The top has some minor scuffs here and there but overall, it is in very good to excellent condition. It looks to be unsigned. There is a minor marker trace under the box. Looks like a number ( 73 or 75 or is it his initials ? ). I do not know if it is related to specific vintage year although. The top slides well. Sold as is. ***
